2. If you or someone in your household/family have used our programs but cannot log in, please call 320.229.4567 and leave your name and number so we can get your existing account connected.  
3. If no-one in your household/family has visited Catholic Charities Emergency Services, you may click "SIGN UP". Your account will be pending while we check for existing accounts. You will not be able to make an appointment until your sign-up has been activated . Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Sign-ups are not reviewed on weekends or holidays.
