1. Please do NOT click "SIGN UP" if you or someone in your family/household has used our services.  If you are unsure, please call 320.229.4567.

2. If you have set up your online account, please log in with your username and password under Customer Login.  

3. If your household/family have used our programs but cannot log in, please call 320.229.4567 and leave your name and number.

4. If no-one in your household/family has visited Catholic Charities Emergency Services, you may click "SIGN UP". Your account will be pending while we check for existing accounts. You will not be able to see the appointment slots until your sign-up has been activated . Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Sign-ups are not reviewed on weekends or holidays.   

*NOTE: An account (household) is made up of people who purchase, prepare, and eat food together. You can have your own account, or be a member of a household, but not both.*
