Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for rental assistance, you must meet ALL the following:
Location: You must live in the City of Pasadena or Altadena, California.
Notice: You must have received a pay or quit notice or an eviction notice.
Income: Your total household income must be at or below 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI):
(Household size: 1 person, $58,300 | 2 people, $66,650 | 3 people, $74,950 | 4 people $83,300)Rent: Your monthly rent must not exceed the Fair Market Rent (FMR) for your unit size:
(1 bedroom: $2,328 | 2 bedroom: $2,903 | 3 bedroom: $3,681 | 4 bedroom: $4,098)
