Welcome to the Valley Outreach Food Shelf Delivery Program!

 

We offer deliveries for clients who are unable to visit the Valley Outreach Food Shelf in person.

 

Who Is Eligible?

 

This program is for clients who meet the following requirements: 

 

✔️ Are unable to visit the food shelf for a food pick-up or appointment

 

✔️ Do not have someone else available to pick up food for them ("proxy")

 

✔️ Self-identify as eligible according to The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) income eligibility requirements (more information here)

 

✔️ Can receive a delivery based on their location and our existing routes

How It Works

 

(1) Sign up for an account.

 

(2) Your account will be marked pending until you receive a confirmation call from a Valley Outreach staff member or volunteer (within 7 days).

 

(3) Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can schedule one delivery per month, based on your location, the delivery routes, and availability.

 

Deliveries take place on Wednesdays between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.

 

Based on your location, you will have 1 date available to you per month (either the 2nd or 4th Wednesday).

 

 

Deliveries are not automatically recurring— once confirmed, you must continue to sign up each month for your next delivery through your PantrySoft account.
