As of September 10, 2021, The Food Brigade will no longer be using our previous Participant ID Card system (white, blue, or red cards displayed on vehicle dashboard). To participate in our food distributions, you must first register here with our ONLINE PANTRY system. Once you are registered in the system, you will then be able to log in and request food and other items through the client portal.

If this is your FIRST time here, you must first register an account with us. Click the "Sign Up" button below to get started. (Do not enter a username and password on this page unless you already registered and have an account.) Then, once you're registered, you will be able to enter your chosen username and password and log in to this site.

All food distribution dates and times will be listed in the client portal. You must log in periodically to check the schedule and to sign up for our food distributions.

When you place an order with our Online Pantry system, you will see an Order Summary confirmation message on your screen. Print out the Order Summary and bring it with you when you come to pick up your order. You can also take a screenshot to show on your phone if you do not have access to a printer. You will also receive an email confirmation of your request. You will receive email and text message reminders of your scheduled visit. When you arrive at our site, you can quickly check in by displaying your client UPC code symbol (either printed or on your phone).

You must make a reservation through the client portal for each food distribution event at which you want to receive food. You should log in and check the schedule regularly to see when our food distribution dates are.

When you visit our distribution site, you MUST wear a mask. Please STAY in your vehicle. Either pop your trunk, or unlock your car doors, so that we can load your vehicle.
