Our 2025 Thanksgiving Dinner registration is now open!
PLEASE REVIEW THE NOTES BELOW CAREFULLY TO DETERMINE YOUR ELIGIBILITY
As with previous programs we will be using our online portal for registration. Our Thanksgiving program provides a turkey & trimmings for the number of people in your household that you have registered in our system.
After logging in you will be able to select the date and time you would like to pick-up your items.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT UPDATED GUIDELINES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM FUTURE PROGRAMS:
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR OUR THANKSGIVING SPECIAL PROGRAM:
- You must live in Suffolk County, NY
- You must have registered as a LILAHH client before August 15, 2025
- You must be a food pantry client and received food at least twice within the previous 12 month period.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- All Thanksgiving items will be picked-up at the LILAHH Center at 341 Rt 25A, Rocky Point. We do not deliver.
- YOU MUST PICK UP during the date and time frame that YOU SELECT or we will be unable to assist you
- If you call and cancel within 48 hours you will get a warning email, which will state that canceling a second appointment will result in a 13 month suspension.
If you miss your appointment and fail to contact us within 48 hours of the program pick up date. You will be suspended from all programs for one 13 month cycle.
THE PRIMARY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER (person completing the online registration) MUST PICK UP IN PERSON AND BRING ID.
- PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THE PICK UP. Due to space constraints we will only be allowing one adult per family in the building for pick up. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY
- DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU WILL BE RECEIVING THANKSGIVING DINNER FROM ANYWHERE ELSE. Board Policy states that if you have been found receiving help for a Holiday program from another agency you will be removed from all LILAHH Programs.

If you are a food pantry client prior to August 15, 2025, but have not used our online portal before, please email elizabeth@lilahh.com and we will forward the link to create your online account.
