Welcome to Long Island Lending a Helping Hand's online portal! This site is available for clients to register for our special programs.

The backpack and school supply registration is open now until August 16, 2024

As with previous programs we will be using our online portal for registration. School supplies will be provided for your children entering kindergarten through 12th grade that are currently registered in our system.

After logging in you will be able to select the date and time you would like to pick-up your items. We already have the names and ages of your children in our registration system and will have backpacks and school supplies ready for each of them. If you have not visited the pantry in the new year, and updated your registration, you will be asked to do so upon logging in. Please sign in the blank box at the bottom of the registration form when done.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT GUIDELINES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE GUIDELINES MAY RESULT IN BEING REMOVED FROM FUTURE PROGRAMS:

All items will be picked-up at the LILAHH Center at 341 Rt 25A, Rocky Point. We do not deliver.

YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the date and time frame that YOU SELECT or we will be unable to assist you. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment you must notify us in advance or you may be disqualified from participating in future programs.

THE PRIMARY HOUSEHOLD MEMBER (person completing the online registration) MUST PICK UP IN PERSON AND BRING ID.

PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN TO THE PICK UP. Due to space constraints we will only be allowing one adult per family in the building for pick up. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY

DO NOT REGISTER IF YOU WILL BE RECEIVING BACK TO SCHOOL ITEMS FROM ANYWHERE ELSE

You must have registered as a LILAHH client before May 20, 2024 in order to be eligible for holiday gifts

If you are a food pantry client prior to May 20, 2024, but have not used our online portal before, please email elizabeth@lilahh.com and we will forward the link to create your online account.
