Welcome! Please enter your username and password to schedule a visit to the Timberlake Outreach Center to shop for gently used clothing, shoes, toys, household items, and more, plus diapers for children in your household who are under 3 years old.

Important Update:

Starting December 1, 2026, Open Door Mission will no longer offer monthly food pantry shopping.

We understand this is a change for the individuals and families we serve, and we appreciate your understanding. We will offer seasonal food pantries and communicate when they are available through flyers posted at the Timberlake Outreach Center and email updates.

Appointments are only required if you want to shop in the mornings at 9am, 10am, or 11am. If you want to shop in the afternoons, you can walk in between 1pm and 3pm and sign in to shop without an appointment.

All items are free of charge. You may shop once a month. If you are 60+ years old, you may shop twice a month.
